Orders and shipping
The order confirmation email includes a tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier’s website. If you have a My Account, you can also track your order directly from the My Orders section.

Changes can be made before the warehouse has finished processing the order. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact Customer Care immediately, who will check the status of your order. In any case, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Further details are available in Returns and Refunds and Terms and Conditions.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or poste restante. We also cannot deliver to the following areas: Campione d'Italia, Lake Lugano, Livigno, Azores, Madeira, French overseas territories, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, San Marino, Vatican City.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, and United Kingdom.

Shipping is always free and usually takes 4-8 working days. Products are delivered by courier Monday to Friday during business hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your workplace or to a concierge, please also provide the company name or the contact person’s details.

The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Please contact the courier to check if a second delivery attempt will be made or if your order will be left at a collection point (access point). If you do not contact the courier or fail to collect your order from the collection point, the package will be returned to our warehouse after a few days, and you will be refunded.
